Preventing cross-contact starts as soon as ingredients arrive at the facility. Any ingredient containing a Top 9 allergen is immediately transferred to a separate, dedicated allergen room. Those ingredients are never stored or handled in the same production space as our Top 9 allergen-free baking mixes.
