Chocolate chip cookies are hands-down my favorite food in the entire world, so I have incredibly high standards. This chocolate chip cookie mix completely blew me away. The texture is absolute perfection. They baked up with the most amazing consistency—so incredibly chewy, soft, and delicious. I served them to a crowd, and absolutely no one believed me when I told them they were gluten-free and egg-free! They taste exactly like traditional, old-school chocolate chip cookies. This is officially my absolute favorite no-fail baking mix. I am so obsessed that I honestly cannot wait to stock up my pantry with it.
