Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1β2 business days (MondayβFriday, excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, product launches, or other periods of high order volume.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping of $5 on all orders.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping or other shipping promotions. If applicable, these offers will be clearly displayed on our website or applied at checkout.
Where We Ship
At this time, we ship to addresses within the continental United States. We're always looking for opportunities to expand our shipping destinations in the future.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Little Twists is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered to an incorrect address due to inaccurate shipping information provided at checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@eatlittletwists.com. Please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
