How Little Twists Came To Be (aka: Dalya's foodie timeline)
2015
Started the Youtube Channel "It’s Raining Flour" sharing dessert recipes and taught many baking classes.
2016
Adopted a gluten free and dairy free lifestyle after having severe stomach pain for years. Dalya was later diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and was advised to maintain a low-inflammation diet.
2019
Attended the Institute of Culinary Education while balancing working for Sweet Loren’s as a content creator & taking orders at a sushi restaurant.
2022-2024
Married Richard (also our co-founder), worked hard on my recipe development & food photography business and had the sweetest little baby girl
2025-2026
Spend MONTHS testing recipes & developing the Little Twists brand. Dalya & Richard launch Little Twists in June 2026!
