Each of our mixes only ask you to add: water, oil and vanilla extract! You will need fresh ripe bananas to add to the Banana Bread baking mix.

Yes! This mix makes delicious brownie bites. Divide the batter evenly into a greased mini muffin pan to make 24 mini brownies, then bake at 325°F for about 25 minutes.

Store brownie pan covered with foil at room temperature for up to 3 days or store in a container! For longer storage, freeze them and thaw whenever you're craving a brownie.

Yes! You'll need 4 ripe bananas to make the batter. The riper they are, the sweeter and more flavorful your banana bread will be.

Definitely! Chocolate chips, walnuts, or pecans make delicious additions to your banana bread. Feel free to get creative and make it your own!

Yes! Simply divide the batter into a lined muffin pan and bake for less time. Start checking for doneness at 25-30 minutes, and insert a toothpick in the center of the muffin to check.

Once completely cooled, store the pan covered with foil on the counter, wrap the entire loaf in plastic wrap or place into a sealed container. Store on the counter for 3 days. We do not recommend freezing the banana bread since it changes the texture.

They bake up with a slightly crisp edge and soft, chewy centers.

Yes! Prep the cookie dough according to package directions, then wrap the entire ball of dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 1 week. You can remove portions of cookie dough and bake whenever you're in the mood for a cookie!

Absolutely! Adjust the amount of dough per cookie to make really small cookies or bakery-style cookies. Bake smaller cookies for 7-8 minutes, and super large cookies for 12-13 minutes. Our average size cookie bake time on the box is 10-11 minutes!

Keep them in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can also freeze baked cookies!

Our baking mixes have a shelf life of 24 months (that's 2 years!) Always be sure to check the stamped date at the bottom of the box if you've had it in your cabinet for awhile.
