2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States (including D.C.) who are 18 or older at the time of entry. 

3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on October 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. ET and runs until Sponsor ends it with notice posted on this page. A random winner will be drawn and sent a personal email on a bi-monthly cadence. 

4. How to Enter
Enter your email address in the giveaway pop-up at eatlittletwists.com and click "Enter to Win."

Limit one entry per person and email address for the whole Giveaway Period. A valid entry stays eligible for every drawing during the Giveaway Period until you win. Entries submitted by bots, scripts, or multiple or fake email addresses will be disqualified.

5. Winner Selection
Within 7 days after each Drawing Period ends, Sponsor will randomly choose one winner from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. A person can win only once during the Giveaway Period and once during the year. 

6. Prize
Each winner receives a 12-month Little Twists Sampler subscription: 3 baking mixes shipped once a month for 12 months, with shipping included. Approximate retail value (ARV): $540+.

Mix selection is up to Sponsor and depends on availability. The prize can't be transferred, substituted, or exchanged for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if needed. Shipping is to U.S. addresses only. Winners are responsible for any taxes on the prize.

7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by the email address used to enter and must reply within 7 days with a shipping address. If a winner doesn't respond, or the prize can't be delivered, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner chosen. Sponsor may ask winners to confirm eligibility.

8. Publicity
Unless prohibited by law, winners agree that Sponsor may share their first name, last initial, and city/state on its website, emails, and social media without further compensation.

9. Privacy
By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from Little Twists. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email. Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy.

10. General Conditions
Sponsor isn't responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical problems. Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if fraud or technical issues compromise its fairness. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or breaks these rules.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, you agree to release Sponsor and its partners from any claims arising from the giveaway or from accepting or using the prize, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Not Affiliated with Social Platforms
If the giveaway is promoted on Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook, it is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by those platforms, and entrants release them from all liability.

13. Governing Law
These rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
