Meet the Founders
Dalya & Richard
About a year ago, Dalya turned to Richard and said,
“We’re going to start a baking mixbrand called Little Twists, for real!”
Dalya is a trained chef who spent years teaching baking classes and developing recipes. She’d always had a sensitive stomach, eventually went gluten and dairy free, and was later diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. Baking from scratch for her own needs and the allergies of friends and family became time‑consuming, expensive, and full of trial and error.
So Dalya spent months researching, writing recipes, and taste‑testing, while Richard, her husband and now co‑founder, handled the endless sifting and tedious recipe testing. Dalya brings the chef brain; Richard has the patience to make the same recipe 60+ times. Turns out, they make a pretty good team.
Now Little Twists is real, they’re building it together, and their little girl has joined in too. Her favorite activity lately, in her words: “rolling coooookies.”

I recently tried all of the Little Twists Banana Bread Baking Mix. The mixes was easy to prepare, baked evenly and tasted great. The mix is a great option when you want a delicious desert without spending a lot of time in the kitchen.

I am officially Little Twists' #1 fan! After falling in love with their brownies, I tried their banana bread, and it is absolutely incredible. It is the perfect combination of dense and fluffy, and I love that it is a truly healthy choice that doesn't sacrifice flavor .I wanted to impress my new sister-in-law when she came over, so I served this banana bread for dessert with a pipe of dairy-free cream cheese frosting on top. She was completely blown away! It looked and tasted so gourmet that I even sent a few slices home with her. My whole family completely devoured the entire loaf. We loved it so much that we even packaged up some of the banana bread cupcakes to mail to my brother who is currently studying abroad so he wouldn't miss out. Little Twists hits it out of the park every single time!
