Dalya & Richard
About a year ago, Dalya turned to Richard and said,
“We’re going to start a baking mixbrand called Little Twists, for real!”
Dalya is a trained chef who spent years teaching baking classes and developing recipes. She’d always had a sensitive stomach, eventually went gluten and dairy free, and was later diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. Baking from scratch for her own needs and the allergies of friends and family became time‑consuming, expensive, and full of trial and error.
So Dalya spent months researching, writing recipes, and taste‑testing, while Richard, her husband and now co‑founder, handled the endless sifting and tedious recipe testing. Dalya brings the chef brain; Richard has the patience to make the same recipe 60+ times. Turns out, they make a pretty good team.
Now Little Twists is real, they’re building it together, and their little girl has joined in too. Her favorite activity lately, in her words: “rolling coooookies.”

I’m buying this product AGAIN and AGAIN! I’m gluten free, dairy free, and egg free and I’ve been on the hunt for a delicious and EASY cookie mix. This is it. Look no further because I mean it when I say these are the MOST delicious cookie I’ve ever tasted (and I’ve tried many)! These give you “Grandma’s cookies” taste without all of the allergens. I will be raving about these cookies (and bring them to every family function) forever!
I absolutely love Llittle Twists chocolate chip cookie mix!! My family and guests love them!! The best part is that no one can tell that they’re gluten-free and allergen friendly!!!! They just think they’re eating the most delicious chocolate chip cookies!!!
I couldn't believe how many cookies this mix made! Most premade mixes I've gotten make one pan of cookies but this one made 2 full trays, which was a pleasant surprise. I can't wait to make a cookie cake with my next order since it's so much dough!
It’s tricky to find yummy and safe baked goods that will work for our family with multiple food allergies (gluten, egg, peanut, tree nut and dairy). I have always made cookies from scratch. These were so easy to make and they were absolutely delicious!! The kids gobbled them up and my husband, who does not have allergies, loved them too! Definitely earned a new customer and these will be a staple in our home!!
You would never know these are gluten free and dairy free, these cookies are SOOOO GOOD! And try adding graham crackers and mini marshmallows because oh my goodness it's amazing!

The texture is absolute perfection. They baked up with the most amazing consistency—so incredibly chewy, soft, and delicious. I served them to a crowd, and absolutely no one believed me when I told them they were gluten-free and egg-free! They taste exactly like traditional, old-school chocolate chip cookies.
